This is not your typical conference. This conference is not about note-taking and how-tos. This conference is not about building your skills or your knowledge portfolio.

It’s about something significantly more profound.

It’s about insight and understanding.

The purpose of this conference is to provide you with a clearer understanding of how your experience is created, moment to moment, and to help you see your innate health and inner resilience that you are already accessing (even as you are reading this).  We want to help you uncover your own resilience and the resilience of the people around you.

Learning about the 3 Principles will transform the way you experience life. With simplicity and ease, this learning will help you access your inner creativity and strength and increase your efficacy in all areas of your life. This will help you in unimaginable ways both in your personal and professional life.

Inside-out resilience refers to where our resilience actually comes from, which is inside of us, rather than from external sources. We experience life, moment to moment, through the power of Thought and it is through this same power that we receive insight that guides us through life and enables us to keep staying afloat, regardless of what life brings us.

As Valda Monroe explains it, “You’re going to have to learn through insight, which is the best thing in the world. You couldn’t get anything more practical. This is deep, deep knowledge. It doesn’t look like it on the face of it, but it’ll be the most important thing you learn. You end up learning the things YOU need to learn because you’re learning through insight and insight is custom made for you to learn in a way that you’re interested in. What more could you ask for?”
